Only after I started to walk out. I called and spoke to the branch manager whose tone of voice suggested she was doing me a favor. I can't complain about the customer service because I didn't get any. I then drove to the Springfield branch. There were 2 people at the counter and a greeter at the line. Thank you. As for the Media branch, if it isn't going to serve their customers, they should just shut it down. I'm sure the staff won't care.

They told me I would have to leave to use the restroom then come back because they don’t have a public restroom. I left and went to Bank of America down the street. As soon as I said “I’d like to open an account, but I have to use the restroom first,” Janet, without hesitation, walked me kindly to the staff restroom. I knew Bank of America then was the bank that deserved my business, and I opened an account there.
