I went to the Truist branch in Media recently for the first time, needing a complex situation resolved revolving around my grandparents' estate account. I did not think my issue would be solved so quicky but the branch leader's caring and professional approach to handling this was so impressive to me. She was so so sweet the whole time keeping me from wanting to cry about it! First bank to ever CARE while handling business so EFFECTIVLY and PROMPTLY! As a result, I will be moving my accounts to truist! Thanks media!

Horrible bank! A fraudulent person tried to cash a check of mine that they made … they went to 2 different Truist locations in PA… this horrible branch being one
I called the police since they wouldn’t
They did nothing to help the officer
They refused to show the video to the officer or the fraudulent check
The officer asked them to notify their other branches of this Customer and they refused
What a great bank!!!! They really care about you lol
What a joke!!!
But I guarentee if they were robbed they would cooperate w the police then!
I guess they have 2 sets of standards!
Unbelievable!!!
Then I called to speak to the manager and Shantel had a real attitude and hung up on
Me! I guess they don’t like to answer for what they did or lack of helping!!!
I am a 20 year customer who is closing my account w this horrible bank
The officer actually recommended me closing my account w them… he said he never had a bank respond like this and not cooperate!

Count your money, they won't. I don't complain a lot, but when it happens twice in 3 weeks by different people- you start to wonder if you should drive over to the next town to go to the bank....I liked it at first, the bankers are friendlier than most, but they really need to pay closer attention. I don't have time to straighten out issues like this.
