We’ve grown a personal relationship and I feel like family there. I couldn’t recommend this bank enough OR these employees enough. If they leave, I leave.

My bf came in to cash his check and was told his employee has no funds in the account or the account number is wrong. He called his job and they never even heard of that. So we drove down to Springfield TD and instantly got his money. That man didn’t know what to do clearly and needs more training or something

This is the third occurrence of fraud in our extended family, it seems TD has serious security issues & when you need them the most...slow to respond. I will say the local customer service people are trying to help but the fraud dept is not.
