In the beginning I was not happy with FNB online options but they have improved a lot now. One thing I love about FNB is maintaining the relationship with customers, especially Maria the branch manager is very good and kind. Recently they processed our business loan and was smooth and quick. More importantly their teams understanding of the situation and timely response helped closing the loan on time. I understand, sometimes it is hard to take any answers which are not on our favor face to face. but I feel having that discussion directly then staying on call for 30min and the customer care saying the same thing. At the end no matter which bank you go they follow their policy which gives priory to banks interest.
