On top of that, they’ve repeatedly mishandled my mortgage and escrow accounts, miscalculating payment and school tax amounts multiple times, which has even led to late fees due to their errors. Their online banking system is outdated and clunky — it honestly feels like something out of the 1800s. To make matters worse, I once waited over 20 minutes just to access my security deposit box, only for them to spend another half hour searching for my card folder because their record-keeping system is completely disorganized. For a bank that advertises customer care and reliability, my experience has been anything but. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs.

Customer service changes frequently at the branch levels with no issues as far as I’m concerned. Online banking is what most everyone has gone to. Going to the local branch is almost never. I do have one complaint and that’s ATM fees with none FNB ATM machines. The ATM FEE PLUS FNB $2.75 on each ATM transaction is not acceptable.
