She was more worried about putting my drivers license in her computer than looking at my existing accounts. Messed up cashing my check. Had to get another teller to vail her out. 20+ years a customer. No apology for her screw-up. I looked at her and said if you would have listened to begin with you wouldn't have had all theses problems. Northwest has gone down hill badly. Time for a new bank?

Rather than spend an hour standing in line, I decided to use the ATM, but it wouldn’t accept deposits. Thankfully, it’s only money and not something you want available in a timely manner.
