- MCMichael ChanceAug 18, 20251.0Tried to cash a check. The teller didn't listen to my request. She was more worried about putting my drivers license in her computer than looking at my existing accounts. Messed up cashing my check. Had to get another teller to vail her out. 20+ years a customer. No apology for her screw-up. I looked at her and said if you would have listened to begin with you wouldn't have had all theses problems. Northwest has gone down hill badly. Time for a new bank?
- JKJoyce KircherSep 8, 20225.0I have been banking here for over 30 yrs. They are a great bank. Tellers are very cordial and helpful. I pay no banking fees. They did stop sending out monthly statements a couple of yrs. ago which I didn't think I would like. But one of the tellers walked me through setting it up on my cell phone and I love it. I can still get a copy printed out whenever I need it. I love this bank.

No matter how many times you tell them to stop sending and CHARGING you for statements that you dont want, they will still send and charge you for paper statements.

They've recently changed their checking accounts a bit so I no longer get fee free checking and they started charging to mail statements so now I have to have them emailed to me.
