The last time I was the only person waiting but it still took 15 minutes to get help. The outer offices were empty, no one to talk to. Where are the employees?
- PDPaul DonatelliMar 29, 20241.0Opened a checking account and a large amount CD on March 11, 2024 with Athena at the Meadville branch. It all seemingly went well. Checks didn’t arrive so I called on March 20th and Athena answered to say it would be awhile yet so I said ok. I left a voicemail on Athena’s extension on March 25th with no return call. I tried again on March 28th only to get her voicemail again so I called the branch phone number and spoke with Ivy who said my checks were only ordered on March 20th, (the day I called to inquire where they were?) I then asked Ivy to please ask Athena to call me back who she said was currently with a client. I received no call back that rest of day nor the next day, March 29th. I believe I need to research into whether the money I gave on March 11th was ever entered into a CD for me and perhaps looking into a new financial institution for this and other thousands of funds I’ll be needing to invest moving forward.
