Changed our closing date 6 times to the point I voided our contract & gave up thousands of dollars hand money just to be done with them & got a loan thru another more reputable bank without problems. If your Realtor recommends Keybank RUN !!!!!!!$!!$!!!! They will cost you more time and money you don't have when buying a home!
