- BFBrittany FinchMar 26, 20251.0AVOID THIS BANK. Highly unprofessional. First of all, They wrote on a yellow legal pad to explain which type of accounts they were offering instead of showing actual brochures or pamphlets of services. It felt so unprofessional and shady. The staff deliberately hid information about opting out of overdrafts and their overdraft protection plan. They spoke down to me, asked invasive personal questions, and were condescending throughout the process. When showing me the fees they only highlighted the 0$ cost explaining “that would be all that pertained to me” which when looking it over wasn’t true at all. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and transparency, I would strongly advise against doing business with this bank.
