- PSPat sMay 1, 20251.0Key bank is horrible. They allowed my checking account to be hacked offered no help. I spoent hours fixing the mess they made . then I made a payment to my credit card which they lost in their system and despite finding it they chaged me $57 for a payment of 15 that was over due . they stopped sending out monthly statements in order to generate late fees etc. DO NO USE THIS BANK or it will cost you

Due to a recent ID theft, we needed to close and open new accounts immediately. Dave Stonehill, Manager and the whole, Maple Glen, PA team were great during a very stressful time. “Team Key” (a 4.6 star branch) now knows our names and always greets us with big smiles. With all the online and walk-in banking options, to have a “home town” experience is wonderful. Keep up the good work. Mitch and Jeri 💕
