- BOBryan OsbornNov 7, 20255.0We've been customers of Northwest for 23 years and have been quite happy with them. We wanted to open a CD and get a safe deposit box and Kelly was very helpful. Our account was opened at another branch so she had to get Val to get it transferred to Mansfield so they could manage it. We got everything we needed and were also introduced to the rest of the staff, all of whom were very friendly.

Northwest is borderline fraudulent with changing account types without authorization and not changing them back even when they tell you they did so. I started accumulating fees because of this and they refused to refund me even though I never signed anything to be in the tiered accounts. Your money is better served in a high yield bank like Ally or Sofi. Better customer service there too.
