- KKKevinNov 9, 20241.0Sadly this Branch has suffered under current Manager. She was rude and dismissive to a request from a 35yr customer, citing "policy", but then relented quickly when threatened with account closure! I'm not sure what's more offensive - the lack of consideration for a trusted relationship, or the lack of integrity in the face of failure? I would close all 6 family accounts with WF if it wasn't so painful ... but we will be going to Paoli from now on. Update: after the polite reply you see below, I emailed as requested. Back and forth for 2 follow ups, then required to fill out a form to describe my experience. In the end, was rewarded for my efforts by being told “the branch followed policy”. Stay away from Wells Fargo Malvern AND Wells Fargo Customer Service! Have since had 3 great experiences with WF Paoli.

Because of the considerate staff I will be able to get my license in time and purchase my first car tomorrow. Kudos to the ladies 🙏

The teller was extremely nice and optimistic about processing the money order. She taped it up, put it into a protective sleeve and got me my money! A very pleasant visit to the bank.
