We applied for a business account back in late May, and between the two representatives we worked with, it was difficult to get ahold of them on the phone, and three months later in late August, we still hadn't gotten anything done yet and the checks were just piling up. Just for contrast, we applied to PNC in August, and they got us set up with our own business account within one day. I don't know what the problem was... but I sincerely hope they have improved since then, but as I work in customer service, I hate seeing other businesses delivering a bad experience when they could definitely be doing so much better. Edit: Posted this review under the wrong account.
