- NSNathan SchellOct 31, 20251.0I need(ed) st stop a loan payment for the wrong amount coming out of my northwest account, they told me that I can stop a payment or do a no sufficient funds(nsf) I got two different versions of the same story with the two separate people I talked two. They won't stop the non authorized withdrawal and they lie saying that they cant. Rude customer service and non competent employees

- JGJ GAug 22, 20253.0If your going to change locations you need to have walk up ATM at the new place. After the merge, the service is so slow, usually 3-5 people in front of me while 1 out of 2 employes do their job. Hire more people.
- NRNyla RouseyFeb 22, 20251.0TERRIBLE customer service. With them for years and nothing they can do about an overdraft fee despite their failure to notify me in a timely manner. Didn't notify me of the overdraft until they already added the fee! I would have been able to move money and the issue would never had occurred if the overdraft notice came when the overdraft ACTUALLY hit my account. I also had overdraft protection, but aparently not for this overdraft. Doesn't make any sense. Greedy. Closed my accounts after years of business with them over that. They didn't even attempt to make it right when I came in to close accounts, so clearly they don't care about customers one way or the other. Not to mention if I had the overdraft protection "set up correctly" (per their words), it STILL would charge you $10 to do so. Absolutely not. Insanely disappointed as I've worked with them since I was very young. Oh also they'll charge you like 5 dollars a month for your savings account if it's under $300 at any point during the billing cycle. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
