Received an unexplained Maintenace Fee, clearly inconsistent with prior months, wasted 30 minutes online with an easily confused bot, left two messages yesterday at local branch and now another today. Still waiting...
Update - a few hours after posting my original review above, I got a callback from a helpful young man at the Litiz branch who confirmed the erroneous MF charge and credited my account. Couldn't have done a better job. I'm leaving my one star rating because this branch needs to manage their customer responsiveness better or they will lose customers. It shouldn't have taken a day and a half plus a negative Google Review to get a call back after explaining my issue twice to online bots and then three more times on the local message machine.

Do not bother to make your appointment online, the banker was at lunch and I was told he did not check the online appointments. Asked to come back in 30 minutes. I can back he still was not there and when he finally arrived he took the appointment after me. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The teller does not even come back on to say thanks, or have a nice day. You get discharged by the air tube.
