- TNTram NguyenMay 31, 20251.0Went a couple months ago and deposited cash through the drive thru. My deposit was $100 short and I thought maybe I made a mistake, even though I counted several times before depositing. Went again today, same teller through drive thru and this deposit is $200 short. I asked for the manager and asked for a camera investigation but the manager was not in. The 2 tellers assured me there was no missing money and that they looked for it and saw nothing. After leaving the bank upset I received a call back stating that somehow my missing $200 was found under the keyboard??? How does 10 bills of $20's end up completely under a keyboard while the rest of the cash is in your hand and being counted, all while missing $200 while counting it as well??? Very fishy to me something not right at this location happened to me 2 times shorting cash deposit. I still request investigating with the manager about this matter go through all cameras. It has never happened to me at other locations. Very bad experience and bad customer service
