  I went to the bank for a debit card replacement, and the tone of the bank teller was condescending and very unwelcoming. I have been banking with this bank since 2017, and that's the kind of service I got. They have bank tellers who work there with a terrible attitude! They need diversity training for their bank tellers!!!

  The worst ATMs ever. If you need to take money out during off business hours, for the love of God don't use this location. This ATM is almost never working properly. I need a new bank.

  Me, my husband went in to open and join account for us. We went to the teller to ask her we walked in at 11:20 AM. The manager and the teller tells us that we can’t open the account because it’s gonna take 45 minutes. I called the customer service number. They said it only takes 35 minutes on the phone. It takes 45 minutes to open an account. They were helpful enough to this older lady that took at least 45 minutes to be on Wells Fargo app so she can login but couldn’t help us bring money to the bank. We’re definitely closing our accounts.

The quality of service is already poor—indifferent staff, careless processes—but the deeper wound is betrayal: money lost, funds disappearing, as if stolen by the very institution sworn to protect them. In Metal Gear Solid, betrayal always comes from within. Ocelot smiling as he double-crosses you, allies turning out to be enemies in disguise. That is the same feeling here. You expect sanctuary, but instead, the very walls that should shield you become the trap. The staff offer no sense of accountability. No explanation. No urgency. The culture here is one not of service, but of indifference. To entrust them with your livelihood feels less like placing money in a vault and more like handing it to a PMC commander who pockets it for themselves. One star. Because when a bank steals trust, it steals more than money. It steals stability. And once trust is broken, the mission fails completely. In my games, when a base turns corrupt, it must be dismantled. This Wells Fargo is one such base—operating not as protector, but as predator.

  The worst Wells Fargo to go to PERIOD I have gone 10 times have had one issue or another 9 times. Why would anyone go here?
