- VDValerie DishawJun 11, 20255.0This isn't about my experience as much as it is about the changes that the levittown branch has made to the interior of their facility. As a disabled American it is very nice to have counters that are made just for the disabled and the ATM as well is much easier to use and more importantly, see. I must also commend you on your customer service. I was recently there to get copes of important papers and instead of seeing me leave and come back, they ask what I needed, took me out of line and put me in contact face to face with one of their customers service reps. You've really made some amazing changes and as a disabled American I want to personally say thank you.

I worked there and they treated me as one of their own staff. The environment is clean and refreshing. That is such a great place to visit. Much thanks to Carol Foster the branch manager. She's a great person to know.
