- SHSaray HollingerMay 11, 20221.0Generally an ok run -of-the mill bank. Share a joint account w my spouse, was locked out of my online account. Ok whatever, just call the bank and have them reset it ,right? But no, this is where it gets rather medieval. I have to have my spouse call in to reset it even tho I am on the account, my money is in the account and I set up the account with him. No to mention we both actively use the account. But, O! its unthinkable that I could change the password on my own, what would women do next if that would be allowed.! Despite the sarcasm , this is infuriating and unacceptable.

They go out of their way (and above the call of duty) to help their customers. I can always reach someone on the phone and my brother is warmly greeted each week as they help him to check his balance and manage his finances (he really struggles with this so it is a godsend). I can't rave enough about the amazing team at the Leola branch. Thank you!
