She instead opened a key smart checking and savings account for me which I was surprised as I’ve had issues with stolen bank accounts before. I deposited $150 into each account went home and attempted to setup online banking come to find out my accounts were closed after I deposited money into the accounts and before I even left the building. It took literally 27 days to receive my $300 back in the form of 2 separate checks. The incompetence that runs throughout that branch is unreal. Which says a lot considering there location.

When we arrived they had no idea what we were coming in to discuss. I didn’t have high hopes because the male that I’ve dealt with at that branch several times does the bare minimum. I have had my account with them for over 20 years. He didn’t even bother to pull up my account and look if there were any better options for me. He recommended we go to the Lehigh township branch and speak with someone that does finance and help with stocks once we “accumulate more money” whatever that means. I’m disappointed that they didn’t call ahead of the appointment and gather more details so they could assist better. Even still they should have offered to set something up with a financial advisor. It felt like we were being pushed off and sent elsewhere and rubbed me the wrong way. I worked customer service my whole life and my employers would have sent me out the door that day if I gave this kind of service to a loyal customer. Considering doing my business elsewhere.
