- TTThomasDec 23, 20251.0If you have a check to cash don’t do it at this bank. It will go to their- what they call the back office and they will hold hostage your check for a week or more. It’s Christmas. So less opportunity for my family’s presents. I don’t get the one thing I wanted for Christmas. I personally don’t want to look at anyone in that bank, let alone be nice. In my experience with banks this never happens or did i hear about a bank office holding up money because of a dumb policy. I really think this is mostly an everyday thing for them. They are putting money in their building. New parking lot, new interior, new drive through that now you will be talking to a wall. Looking at their review star ratings and displeasure with their bank their share holders might think twice too. Most banks in lehighton are in the dark ages. It’s a shame for real. What is in their cool aid?

- P8Pretty 888Oct 21, 20251.0Very annoyed.Set up a new account,the guy who helped me set it up said I could use an online debit card through the app while I wait for my card in the mail which takes 5-7 BUSINESS days.Come to find out I can’t access the ONLINE debit card until I get the physical card which is bullshit!
- CICharles Mannon IIISep 22, 20251.0The branch manager stepped in as there were no bankers in that day to help me open an account. I simply wanted a hassle free account. She instead opened a key smart checking and savings account for me which I was surprised as I’ve had issues with stolen bank accounts before. I deposited $150 into each account went home and attempted to setup online banking come to find out my accounts were closed after I deposited money into the accounts and before I even left the building. It took literally 27 days to receive my $300 back in the form of 2 separate checks. The incompetence that runs throughout that branch is unreal. Which says a lot considering there location.
