It’s to the point that I generally avoid this particular branch simply because I usually end up having to go to another branch anyways or call customer support (per this branches instruction), just to be told that they cannot perform that duty that it must go through the branch. I thought very highly of Wells Fargo in the past but I will never willingly bank with Wells Fargo again. The most irritating thing about all of it,I now have to waste more time switching banks. There is wonderful staff at this branch I would personally point towards a severe lack in management or a severe lack in overall business model in the Wells Fargo organization. Thank you for taking the time to read my extended opinion. Here’s to the very first negative review I have ever left.🤙🏽
