- TBtom bSep 26, 20253.0This bank sucks, customer service is non existent & I just closed a $10,000 "Premier savings account. Diana, the branch manager is great & very helpful. Thanks Diana you are awesome find a " real bank" to work for, thanks It's now 1month & I can't pay my bills because they have locked my accounts because they created 2 separate accounts for me. Why they don't use my social security # to know who I am baffles me. I believe they are understaffed (as most companies are) Finally I can access my accounts again (after 2 months of hell) After doing business with them for 30+ years you would think they would prioritize faithful customers. Anyway problem is finally solved, thank God. Please tell @DianaWampler in the Quention Rd branch in Lebanon I thank her for her extra effort in securing my online access again.

I walked in with an out-of-the-ordinary situation at the counter and she pulled me into her office to assist me the best she could. She went above and beyond what I had expected and I am extremely grateful for it. She did not get to resolve my issue while I was there, however, she gave me all of the necessary information I needed and it ended up working out! Thank you very much to this team. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful.

The worst service ever. Our business deposits are often incorrect while the pocket whatever they feel like taking.
