- RTray toddAug 29, 20251.0It used to be a good bank. We obtained 2 loans there, the first around 2009, and then a second around 2020. Everything was smooth, we have excellent credit ratings. They had good people then. Employees changed. Manager became teller. New manager was both lazy & not knowledgeable. No longer there, likely got promoted. 2nd new manager is also not knowledgeable but a bit more professional, but makes basic mistakes, we have to go back again & again. Then the credit cards. You call a 800 number in Northern Pa., there home base. OMG, the mistakes they make over and over, wrong cards, multiple cards, cards do not work, over and over. They will be out of business soon. We always stop by to say hello to the former manager who is a teller now. He was GREAT! Their Myerstown branch is worse, their Mt. Joy branch takes messages but never calls back.

They denied the existence of a 5-figure Certificate of Deposit that we worked hard and saved hard to create... resisted our Power of Attorney, and then consequently charged us penalties for not closing the CD timely. Some of the simplest of procedures take forever. It's no wonder they're closing branches. Witnesses upon request.
