Unfortunately, when I attempted to call the branch for the process during these times of Covid, I was continuously forwarded to the automotive service or hung up on. I was hung up on several times in the past and I am frustrated with the disrespect. The lack of courtesy will have me take my business elsewhere. My family may not have much, but we deserve better respect. Please do better.
