    Multiple horrible experiences here. I was trying to close accounts and drill a safe deposit box -- I had to wait 5+ hours, and was required to be in the store the entire time, for them to process it. They made excuses saying it was due to corporate issues, but it was absolutely on their end too. It took multiple representatives to get it done and, despite being told I had everything filled out properly before, I was asked to resubmit things multiple times. They also made me run around town to get things notarized because they apparently needed it notarized on the exact day (which again they told me the opposite before) and didn't have their notary on staff, despite me setting up a meeting specifically for that purpose a week in advance. After that I had to write out a silly statement by hand because they were still not prepared for any of this stuff. When I ordered the safe box drilling I was told I'd be called the next week -- but I never was. I had to call and double check everything myself while on vacation. Then they called me back at 9 AM when I told them to only call after 10 AM multiple times. Finally, they charged me a "rushed fee" for the drilling despite it being set up over a week in advance. The least they could have done is waved the fee considering it took me 5+ hours, multiple forms being reprocessed, being required to run around town to get things notarized, and constant headaches galore just to set it up these very basic things. I've been told how much of a pain it was dealing with Wells Fargo, but could never believe it was THIS bad. Stay far away!

    Horrible customer service every time I go in there. Today they told me I couldn’t withdraw money from my account because I exceeded my number of transactions for the day….funny thing is I didn’t use my card today. Turns out my card was locked and they were just too incompetent to figure that out. Not the first issue I had with the manager and his “trainees” if you can even call them that.
