This is a total violation of the banking privacy laws!! Poor customer service. May be due to the staff/management turnovers. Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years I have never experienced this level of incompetence!! I am filing a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and other government banking agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!! I will be moving ALL of my funds to another safer banking institution!
