15 minutes in the drive thru to make a small cash deposit and 1 check deposit . Cashiers talking to one another working with a man at the counter for 10 minutes . Then another cashier picks up my deposits and I short on the cash deposit . The originally telling is working with two cash customers and not paying attention . I am not accusing anyone of taking a portion of my deposit but what I am saying is hire people that are trained with a sense of urgency with accuracy . I started with this branch 35 years ago and their service is horrible now. Go to the Souderton branch and see Melody as she is fast and efficient .
