- GSGeorge SpieseDec 29, 20252.0Horrible experience trying to get a copy of a check. First call- requested a copy of check. Waited a month but didn’t get the check. Second call- after 30 minutes the “banker” said he found the problem and I will get a copy of the check within 10 days. Seven days later I got a statement from the time period the check was written in, but no copy of the check! Next day I get the exact same statement without the check! Third call- I ask for a supervisor. Tracy gets on the phone and I ask if they are male or female. The voice sounded weird and tracy could be a man or woman. They refused ti answer the question. I asked if I should call them mam or sir, no answer. I asked if they were trans, yes they said. I requested a different supervisor. They refused saying I would have to call in again. Then they said the check I wanted a copy of was “not available”! So it is retaliating against me. I requested to file a complaint then asked for a copy of the complaint it filed, it refused. So I am to get a call in 10 days from the complaint department. I hope not from another IT! Sheesh what a horrible experience! Your reply asking ME to do more work that you should be doing is how wells fargo discourages and shuts down complainers. My review gives you everything you need to get it to the “right group” and resolve YOUR PROBLEM! Sheesh!
