- RBRyan BJul 15, 20251.0Absolutely deplorable. I walked into the branch after receiving a debit card in the mail. I am a former employee but haven't had an account there in more than 20 years. I spoke with a nice teller Linda who pulled up all of my information, she really couldn't tell me much other than the account was opened a few days prior. After seeing my RealID, another form of ID and the new debit card, she literally handed everything back to me and said I will need to call the 1-800 number. No putting a hold on the account, no offer to speak to someone, and even a banker who was behind the counter stated they have no access to opening a fraud claim in the branch locations. When you hand me back a debit card after confirming its linked to a fraudulently opened account and tell me I need to solve the problem myself aren't YOU ACTUALLY ENABLING THE FRAUD TO CONTINUE?!? In speaking with the agent at the fraud department she said often the bankers will assist and at least call on BEHALF of the customer but they have such disdain for customers they wont even do that. I am 53 minutes into my 3rd call to different departments inside of Wells Fargo and I will get to the bottom of this. When I do I will be filing a complaint with the PA State Attorney General as well. DESPICABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE!!!
- CQC QFeb 8, 20251.0This is in reference to the drive through lanes. Not sure who designed but the width is extremely tight - paint scuffs all over the lanes. You have three lanes. Take one out so that your Customers can safely access the drive through ATM without damaging their vehicles. After I navigated through with < 1/8" between my side mirrors the deposit function was not open. Do better WF!
