He was also good in upselling services by the bank that normal people does not have a clue about. Our time there was worth for our drive. All the tellers are cheery too. Plenty of parking space as well.

They needed to open a bank account and the banker was rude, and started complaining about having to open two accounts in just 60 minutes. He made a big deal because the guys did not have a proof of address, and refused to help us. I went to Santander bank across the street and what a difference! No appointment needed, opened the bank accounts and treated us with respect. I think about moving business bank account with either Santander or Bank of America. The asian dude was very rude.
