On several occasions I went in to get something done and I was told that they didn’t have a banker and to go to another branch. They are super slow, rude and just incompetent. This branch will be the reason why I will eventually close my account and go to a bank that it’s actually worth dealing with. They clearly have a management issue here, when you go to any other branch in the county they have their stuff together. Unfortunately this one is the closest to my home.
