I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!

Always treated nice by staff but always a long wait. The bank also gives late fees even if money is deposited or transferred over right away or in under 24 hrs. Seems each bank has different policies, too. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. The service from one of the employees Adrian was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They way I was treated she shouldn’t even have her job there at all anymore. And her daughter was sitting in the lobby and tried to run up on me on my way out. I was threatened and will not go back. If the supervisor sees this I hope she takes care of Adrian.

I deposited money and wasn’t aware of a new policy asking for identification when you deposit cash. The person I dealt with was very short with me and made me feel like a bother for asking a question so I could understand the policy better. This isn’t the first time I have had issues and been made to feel this way at this location. Wish there was a B.B. and T closer to me then this one!!!
