i love their services but they continue with a bad practice of not addressing people according to proper names or asking people how they want to be called

Truist gave me a fake $100 today. Once I notified them they said it's my responsibility to check every bill they give me. This bank does no trust their customers.

Double checked the hours on their website before going there today (Thursday) to be sure they were open till 6pm. Got there at 5:45 so I was in great shape. Went to the door - locked. Sign on door says they close at 5pm on Thursday. Wouldn't you think that would be an important fact? Grr.

They close a location at Oregon Pike and do not notify customers that are regular weekly users at this location. I will be transferring my
accounts to another bank. This is an example of poor communication

BB&T SUCKS where's the "F**KING minus button at???? HSA funds transferred into account and showed available but couldn't pay doctor bill till 5 days later. Debit card used to make monthly car payments would not go through. Everyday purchases don't always show up for a couple of days, and if they do it only shows a $1.00 payment for a couple of days. When I talk my creditors they tell me it's BB&T's system. When I talk BB&T they tell me that it's not in their system. Then tell me this how come I didn't have any problems when it was SUSQUEHANNA BANK.....
