They had been bought out by this now large Bank that made her feel like she is just a # to them. So I called my contact at Traditions on Oregon Pike Lancaster to discussed how they would handle this situation. We ended up moving her to Traditions Bank as everyone there was warm and welcoming. Great Business is about relationships. Well Done !
