The representative was extremely rude and offered no solution but instead tried to shift blame to me. I’ve since changed banks. Don’t bank here. I’ve had multiple issues in the short time I’ve been a customer.
- EMEd MackDec 23, 20173.0I loved Integrity Bank. Then S&T bought it out. The staff is still great, especially Jessica and William. However S&T has been steadily chipping away at the things that I liked about the bank. Closing earlier, more fees, less customer oriented etc... sad
