- OLOscar LópezJun 20, 20251.0The staff is very friendly, I feel that they need to improve a lot, because here I tell my situation I go to that bank, the first thing was that being physically in the bank tube to use my phone to make an account, then in the process to confirm my number they send me a code of 5 digits and a special one of 6 to confirm, well given this case and see that it did not work you can decide to forward the code again and I never get to try on different occasions, to the point that I decided to fill it out. The digital that was missing with a zero and surprise comes a letter from them where they notify me that Transunion does not have enough information from me and that they reject me with a savings amount, I have a house, credit cards, car which I pay the total account in 3 months and this bank generates a letter from nothing with my credit in good condition, refusing not to deposit my money, I am not requesting credits or loans, I am talking about my own money, well in the end I left without a coherent explanation and er I wasted my time, that's why they deserve 1 star, because there's no way to give 0

- RRRachelSep 13, 20191.0The people here are very nice my problem is the online banking is terrible. My bank was sold to northwest and it as been nothing but trouble since then. On multiple occasions I've paid bills and it was in the Q that I paid them but then they go unpaid. This past time none of my Bill's were paid. So far I have 34$ in late fees. I called the bank she had the nerve to ask me if I took a screenshot of when I paid my bills. I ask her if that was a thing do people really take a picture when the pay their bills. I just assumed that the bank's going to hold their end of the deal. But I guess not. So I'm moving on to another bank
