Total time waiting: 10 min ( 1 person in lobby for ~2 min) Once the teller noticed the manager wasn't coming after being called out she took care of me.

She gave great recommendations, made the process simple for me to understand, and even followed up with me later to make sure all was fine. Was well worth traveling an extra 20 mins to come to this specific Northwest branch instead of the other one closer to me.
