However as a result of an interaction with assistant manager Maritza Pellot in April I decided to ultimately close my account. I have NEVER in 16 years been treated with such rudeness and disdain. Using profane language and arguing in front of customers with me. I left embarrassed and upset. I’m just closed my account today and couldn’t be happier to leave this bank.
