  Not sure what takes them so long but I swear I sit forever simply making a deposit. No one else is in line. This tends to be across all the first nationals I’ve used but this one is just as bad.

  They will not cash a check drawn on their own bank written by a reputable business computer generated proper ID bc I don't have an account and bc it's over $800 it was $1000 two forms of ID business less than a mile away Smart ass employees need schooled on customer service I need a new bank bc I have a lot of income being generated n they could have had multiple new accounts by this experience I don't suggest any subject themselves to the insults or demeaning disrespectful people that work there

  I can't say enough good things about this FNB branch. Deb and her crew due an amazing job even with the challenge of being understaffed.

  Super rude customer service. A cashier at a local grocery store can give a better service. This bank is a disaster. Everyone has an attitude. All what I asked was a deposit and then I asked for some change in quarters (I was super nice to her). she was like "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?? BECAUSE I COULD DO ALL OF THAT AT ONCE!!" I immediately took my money and left. There was no one in the branch except me as a customer. They had full staff working behind the counter. This happened right in front of the branch manager who could not care less. So sad to see this is happening at a bank who claim serving the community! You are far behind serving Lancaster, you don't even deserve being in this great community.

  Women at the front desk ( blonde hair ) was very rude. She made it seem like it was a problem to take care of me & get what I need . People like this shouldn't be hired at a bank or anywhere. Terrible experience.
