My card was previously “compromised “ because they kept mailing notifications to my old address after I updated with them in person, when I called them about it their response was “well you’re lucky that this is an easy fix for you” when I told them I had a school payment to make I was then told “well then just defer it for a month”. Now my debit card has been expired since the end of April and forgot to send me a new one. Now I have to either try to make it to one of their branches before they close which is impossible to get a temporary card, or now wait 7-10 days for it to arrive in the mail.

The branch manager Lisa would not have an adult conversation about a fraud situation that happened with my account. Sent her tellers out to talk to me. And side note… I heard her through the door and knew she was available. She decided at that point in time she would take a lunch break instead of dealing with my situation. I have never experienced something like this ever in my life. Shame on you Lisa.
