My card was previously “compromised “ because they kept mailing notifications to my old address after I updated with them in person, when I called them about it their response was “well you’re lucky that this is an easy fix for you” when I told them I had a school payment to make I was then told “well then just defer it for a month”. Now my debit card has been expired since the end of April and forgot to send me a new one. Now I have to either try to make it to one of their branches before they close which is impossible to get a temporary card, or now wait 7-10 days for it to arrive in the mail.

Here's to hoping a good bank that teaches their employees great customer service skills swallows up FNB. Visited a branch in Lancaster PA and had to wait in line behind an acquaintance of an employee who was chatting it up and had their puppy on the counter. Unbelievable!

Also if you use an atm that is not FNB then you get charged from them and the atm. Never smooth transaction when i need it. I would give zero stars if I could.
