- SDScott DavisNov 16, 20221.0The website for this location clearly specifies that the Drive Thru is open "9am-5pm". I called ahead, just to double check, but the staff do not answer their telephone directly? I drove to the location, only to find the Drive thru isn't opened at all? My father has mobility issues, so having to actually go into the branch is difficult. Suggestion, if you are not going to keep the online information up to date, at least have the business sense to at least answer the telephone DIRECTLY, when your customers call. Poor Customer Service. I may be rethinking keeping my father's accounts with Wells Fargo?! There's a lot of other banks in the area, that are senior-friendly, that would appreciate our business.
