I needed to complete a large and somewhat complex transaction that required extra time and attention. To make things more challenging, I had to bring my toddler with me. As any parent can imagine, keeping a little one entertained during a lengthy bank visit is no easy feat. Thankfully, the branch manager, Colleen, was absolutely incredible. Not only was she professional and thorough in helping me navigate the transaction, but she also went above and beyond to make the experience smoother by engaging with my child and helping keep him occupied while I handled the details. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Even when a few hiccups came up during the process, Colleen remained calm, solution-oriented, and supportive. It’s rare to encounter this level of care and customer service — and I’m truly grateful for how she treated both me and my son. Thank you, Colleen, for making a difficult visit feel a little easier. You’re a credit to the Wells Fargo team!
