The bankers Sabah and Derek are very friendly and professional. My last visit was not very pleasant because I witnessed how the manager was drawing the attention of one worker in a very unprofessional way where you could clearly hear everything. After that ,he wanted to be nice to me and help me when the banker was already helping me and I told him that she was doing her job very well. I didn't feel comfortable so I haven't returned.

Within a month of opening the account I was charged four $36 fees for charges to my debit card when funds weren’t available. They were unable to justify how a debit card can be charged when there weren’t any funds available. When I called to request a refund for the fees they told me I didn’t qualify for a refund because the account is new. I have never experienced such terrible banking relationship.
