- SSstephen salvadorDec 3, 20251.0Walked in and sat in the waiting area after being greeted to get assistance with some banking. Sat for a half hour and waited my turn. One of the associates ignored me and helped a client that came in after me. Walked up to the counter to get assistance and was told I'd be put in the queue. Waited another half hour while 2 others after me were helped and I was continued to be ignored. My oldest account here is over 15 years old. I will be closing my accounts next month in January.

Even though I left work early and had a 15min drive… it was all a waste because there was a likelihood of someone staying a tad later. Once the most convenient bank, now not so much!
