- CMClark MattisonOct 7, 20251.0Other than the ATM fee of $3 it was good. My bank lets anyone use an ATM with no fee, but I wasn't near my bank. I think charging an ATM fee is ludicrous. You did no work to give me the money. So basically I am paying $3 to a machine. SMH. You are better than some others though who are now charging $3.75. Why is there a fee?? What did you do to help me and better still the ATM is not an employee. I hate this crap. I did all the work and you want me to pay you for pushing some buttons????
- MFMaryann FrankDec 11, 20241.0Poor service! A representative kept calling me by the wrong name. When I questioned if it was entered correctly she stated yes and continued to call me the wrong name. We set up a checking and savings account. The representative never ordered the checks and we had to pay a rush fee for her mistake. We did not recieve our ATM cards in the mail and the company would not to a rush on a new set to us after the account was opened. Just relocated and not happy with the service that we recieved.
- JCJoshua CauffmanNov 21, 20221.0I have banked with this branch for 15 years. It has become harder and harder to be a customer. I own multiple businesses and require some banking/banker interaction. They do not answer the phones so it is very difficult to make appointments or get quick answers. I stop at the branch to make an appointment the tellers tell me they can't make appointments. This is not service. I no longer feel comfortable allowing this bank to manage my finances. I recommend a smaller more user friendly bank if you are thinking about opening an account,take a loan, mortgage, or financial advice.
