I paid off my loan last month and this month got a notification that they attempted to withdraw the monthly payment (on a loan that does not exist). I called and one of the verification questions is “what is the original loan amount?” - except that the Truist website/app does not show my loan because it’s paid off. Quite possibly the worst system I’ve ever had to navigate - do better, Truist!!!!
