- CWchase wannJul 30, 20251.0Bank is nothing but problems…. I seem to have to order a new card (which they charge me for) every month because of some sort of issue with it. Not to mention sitting on the phone with the “costumer service” countless times a day. While at their ATM, it took my card and didn’t give it back. I go to call s&t and they said “they would email the branch about it”. And while out making purchases it locks your card for “security” and unlike other banks that just send you a text to confirm and unlock the card on the spot… they have no text feature like that, you have to call and go through the whole process of speaking with someone to confirm the purchase. Save your time and avoid banking with s&t.
