  Right now not very good since they shared my social security number with a marketing company and they have been hacked. Been a member since 1959 . Will be changing banks in future

  I didn't believe the reviews but then had to use the drive through for a transaction. Let me assure you the reviews are accurate. I really don't expect much, but a simple thank you goes a long way, something the teller the evening I went was unable to manage saying. If you're looking for a new bank, don't look here.

  Totally incompetent bank, they somehow lost the information on my parents account that had my name listed to also be an owner of their safety deposit box, it was empty but I thought I’d be nice and return the keys, I threw them in the garbage, they are the most rude and ignorant people I’ve ever come across don’t bank with them!

  Can someone explain to me why it is ok that the busiest office of First National Bank in the Johnstown area does not have a manager that attends work on a Daily, weekly, or even monthly basis? I have been calling to make an appointment and, if someone even picks up, the excuse I get is that she is working from home?!?! Is this the covid era? I have been talking to long time customers of this office and the truth is she is at home literally sending off her work to other employees to do so she can loaf around and responding to internal chats so every other office thinks she is at the office. What kind of place is this? When is the upper management or employees going to wake up and realize she is using you and she is not on business calls. Wake up! ⏰️
