I am pleased to report my first encounter with a management person was Ruben who was surprisingly pleasant as well as skilled with verbiage and knowledge. Ruben was not jaded from the on-slot of drama that has overtaken the town and even went out of his way to assist me with the new App. The staff was abundant and full of energy and I didn't see any eye rolling if you do not have Elon Musk funds. Great 1st impression and you only get one
