- EDEmily DrummondJan 24, 20222.0I came in the bank today (1/24) around 1:30 for some help disputing a transaction. The one man working was very eager to help walk me through the process online yet couldn’t actually help me. After playing on the app we realized that you cannot dispute transactions. When I asked the bankers if there was anyway they could help me in location (like I’ve done before in the past ) other woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me to “just call the 1-800 number “, and was visibly getting frustrated w the man that was actually trying to help me. I’ve been a long time customer of Wells Fargo and never received such poor service.

Update- So everything was fine until my first cheque deposit..My money is being held by the bank for 10 days..When i deposited the cheque the receipt i got says i will receive all my funds within 2 days..Now the next day i got a mail saying my funds will not be available untill 5th jan...i mean seriously?? Right now i dont have money how am i suppose to enjoy my new year?? If i would have known i would not have deposited my cheque here...When i went to the bank they made me wait 45minutes and when the manager came she gave me some unusual reason for the hold and promised me to call the other bank and call me back...I never got a call from her...i never knew this will happen otherwise i would have never opened my account here..There's bank of america nearby i am considering to close my account here and open there...I mean how am i suppose to go 10 days without money i have bills to pay..It never ever happened to me before..
